The industrial revolution 4.0 combined with the pandemic, and our new generation of learners affect different components in education which include educational leadership. Our head teachers, who are also considered primary leaders in our schools, should be able to lead with character and competence which allow them to flourish and contribute to a fast transforming world. Moreover, they should be able to help and propel the school, align its presence to the new educational landscape, for the school to produce learners who will be relevant and ready for now and in the near future.

The purpose of the Academy is to help the Head Teacher’s (HT3 below and 3 years below in the service) to be responsive to the leadership requirements of new educational landscape in education through competency ( technical, managerial, leadership and character training.
