School Leaders Development Program aims to improve the capacity of the school heads to manage their schools and prepare aspirants to handle the responsibilities of the school head. To support the realization of the Department’s goal of quality education through continuous upskilling and reskilling of teachers and school leaders to ensure better learning outcomes.  

An intervention program to enable participants with relevant skills, improve their performance management, coaching and mentoring, and leading schools. Furthermore, with the onset of the pandemic, this program aims to help participants to be ready to the new normal that requires new sets of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to be effective managers.
